immortalised by the French author Bernardin de St Pierre in his novel
Paul & Virginie, the hotel is an invitation
to a relaxing and romantic stay enhanced by idyllic tranquility and a
soothing atmosphere. The decor of colonial inspiration, a subtle combination
of wood, stone and thatch roofs, reveals a peaceful haven for couples
seeking an unforgettable getaway to paradise island.
The hotel has Comfort, Standard and Superior rooms. Room
features include furnished balcony or terrace, air-conditioning and ceiling
fans, electronic safe, mini bar, tea & coffee making facilities, direct
telephone, television, hairdryer. All bathrooms with seaview shower and toilet
and the superior rooms also have a bath.
The Ilse de France restaurant, overlooking the lagoon, serves innovative
Mauritian cuisine, with dishes revealing local flavours, spices and
colours. It offers an à la carte/theme buffet menu which enables you to
savour the island's delicious cuisine. The restaurant is open for a
buffet breakfast (07h30 - 10h00), lunch (12h00 - 15h00) and dinner
(19h30 - 22h00). Situated on a sandy pier surrounded by water, the beach
restaurant and bar, La Trinquette, is open for lunch (weekends and
public holidays from 12h00 to 15h00) and dinner (18h30 - 22h00) and
offers mostly seafood à la carte menus with daily specialities. The St
Géran bar, named after the shipwreck, is open for refreshments under the
morning sun, teatime with pancakes in the afternoon and exotic cocktails
at sunset. Smart casual dress is required at the restaurants and bars
from 18h00 onwards.

A daily live entertainment brings a touch of enchantment to the tropical
evenings. Shows can vary from theme dances (Sega/ Indian/ African.) to live

The Seven Colours Spa brand is a creation of the Veranda Resorts
group on the island. In their spa and wellbeing salons they
offer treatments, cosmetics and associated products designed
specially for this brand.

done at the Seven Colours reception.
