La Boussole (seats 70) - whether overlooking the bustling marina
or the palmed courtyard, La Boussole is perfect for relaxed
entertainment. The restaurant offers light cuisine inspired by both
Mauritius and the Mediterranean region. Open daily from 06h30 until
22h30.
The Terrace (seats 120) - overlooking the beach, swimming pool
and the marina, is the perfect place to sit back and watch the world
go by as you savour a wide range of Mauritian snacks and salads,
served in the cooling shade of lush palm trees and broad promenade
style umbrellas. Open daily from 06h30 until 22h30.
Le Suffren guests may also dine at the three restaurants at
Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel as the two hotels share the same
billing system.
The Spinnaker's Concept Bar - a place where all sports fans can enjoy the best sporting
events in the world in real time on four large plasma screens.
Conferences and Banqueting - the hotel has a boardroom for up to 12
delegates. Equipment includes flip-chart, writing pads with pen, screen, TV,
video player, overhead projector, slide projector, LCD projector, laser pointer,
DVD player. Both half-day and full-day packages are available.
The Le Suffren's business centre is equipped to meet the needs of the modern
business traveller. Facilities include:
two computer workstations complete with Internet access, secretarial services, email
and
fax facilities, document binding and photocopying.
Le Suffren has a wide variety of leisure activities on offer, these include
the open-air swimming pool as well as the artificial white sandy beach with
thatched paillotes and palm trees alongside the marina. Sport residents will

Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel.
