About the Lodge: |
Kapama is one of South Africa's
largest privately owned game reserves, perfectly positioned
in the Limpopo province safari area, renowned for its high
density of big game animals. A game drive in Kapama Game
Reserve, with a qualified ranger and expert tracker, reveals
African's big game and many secrets of the other marvels of
the African bush. River Lodge offers generous capacity,
ideally suited to groups and incentives, whilst retaining
intimate spaces for individuals.
The recently completed spa suites provide private and
exclusive individual luxury whilst enjoying the features of
River Lodge. The lodge also features multiple dining areas
including the boma, the river bed and a state-of-the-art
multifunctional venue, ideal for events of all types.
The sophisticated spa and wellness centre includes multiple
treatment rooms for both individuals and couples, a lap
pool, and an equipped gym amongst other facilities. |

Total number of rooms or chalets: |
62 Suites in total: 42 Standard
Suites, 20 Spa Suites and 2 Royal Suites. 4 of the Spa
Suites are configured to accommodate families with 2 adults
and 2 children sharing.
Each Suite features: twin beds, en-suite bathroom and
outside shower, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar
fridge, mini safes, climate control air-conditioning system
and a deck.
In addition, the Family Spa Suites also have a lounge area
where 2 sleeper couches accommodate the children. The Royal
Suite has all the features of a Standard Suite plus a lounge
area floweing onto a deck. |

Children Policy: |
Children of all ages are welcome at
Kapama River Lodge. All children under the age of 16 years
must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game
drives and bush walks. Children will be permitted on game
drives and walks at the sole descretion of the lodge manager
or ranger. |

No Tourism charges are levied at
present |

Rate inclusions: |
All meals, teas and coffees,
accommodation, two daily activities and entrance fees, pick
up's and drop off at East Gate Airport (Hoedspruit
Airport). |
