Constance Belle Mare Plage, situated along one
of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of the island, offers an
extensive range of amenities. It is an ideal location for novice or professional
golfers with its two 18-hole Championship Golf Courses and the resort is
situated directly on a 2 km long white sandy beach, that is protected by an
offshore coral reef, making it ideal for swimming, water sports and snorkelling.
Distributed in 3 levels, the 92 sea facing Prestige rooms are
located on the south wing of the resort. Each room has access to a private
balcony and some directly overlook the swimming pool. The rooms can
accommodation a maximum of 3 persons and interconnecting Prestige rooms are
available for families.
The 137 Junior Suites (41
Beachfront) are nestled in the north wing of the Resort. The bedroom, with its
exclusive decor, provides a unique accommodation experience. A private and
furnished balcony or terrace will tend to retain you in your suite. Ground floor
and first floor inter leading Junior Suites are available as well as 2 Junior
Suites that cater for disabled guests.
The 6 ocean view Deluxe Suites are
all located in the south wing. Every Deluxe Suite has a separate living room and
has an optional feature of being connected to a Prestige room, which is suitable
for families.
The villas of Constance Belle Mare
Plage are the embodiment of a new art of living. The 20 Villas of 375 to 525 sqm
(with 2 to 3 bedrooms) evoke feelings of romance and timelessness. With a lounge
and outside relaxing areas overlooking your private pool, the Villas offer a
layout and a living space that cannot be equalled. The restauration within the
villas are personalised thanks to the Villa Master. The landscaping surrounding
the Villas is enhanced by small lakes, frangipani and coconut groves.
The unique Presidential Villa within
an exclusive location comprises of 2 ground floor rooms and first master bedroom
as well as a living room, dining room and a kitchen which guarantees complete
privacy. With its private pool and spacious veranda, the Presidential Villa
offers 650 m2 of living, and exterior exclusive space in a peaceful location far
from main hotel building. Two Villa masters are permanently at the service of
the guests during their stay.
All rooms and suites are comfortably
furnished in a modern wood & marble style, featuring a terrace or
balcony, a sitting area, air conditioning, bathroom comprising of
separate shower, bath and toilet, double vanities, hair-dryer,
television with DVD (Villas only), satellite television channels, music
channels, play-station II (for rental - Villas only), free high speed
ADSL internet connection, mini bar, individual safe and 24-hour room
service. In addition a fully qualified Villa Master is appointed to each
villa. All aspects of service are personalised in order to anticipate
guests needs.
At Constance Belle Mare Plage every meal is a reason to celebrate. The
resort offers a choice of different restaurants to cater for every
taste.
La Citronnelle is the main restaurant overlooking the beach and pool. It
serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (food court in buffet style). Meals
vary from tropical and Italian buffets to grills and seafood with a hit
of Mauritian flavour. A few of the tables are in a partitioned area for
more intimate dining. There is also a kid's corner with separate buffet,
accompanied by a hostess.
Blue Penny Cafe offers Mauritian gastronomic cuisine - a broad menu of
unique, cosmopolitan flavours in an exclusive and enchanting
environment. A wine cellar as well as a cigar cabinet contribute to the
atmosphere and the emanation of rich fragrances.
La Spiaggia Restaurant, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, is
situated in a private corner near the Villas.
The Deer Hunter Restaurant is located at the golf clubhouse. It is open
for breakfast, lunch and a la carte dinner. The chef combines exclusive
European cuisine with Mauritian flavour in a fine dining ambiance. A
half-board menu is also available every day for dinner (reservations
required due to limited capacity). Continental breakfast buffet is also
available for early golfers.
Situated at the Link Golf Club, The Swing restaurant overlooks the
magnificent course. Open for lunch only it offers a selection of sandwiches
and salads.
The Indigo Beach restaurant opens only for lunch and for special evenings
(lobster evenings). The restaurant is perfectly situated at the water's
edge, offering a splendid view of the lagoon. Ordering your food and drinks
without leaving your sun bed is possible.
La Kaze, another beach restaurant overlooking the lagoon, offers a lunch
buffet with a salad bar and variety of grilled dishes, pizza, sandwiches and
desserts. Daily afternoon tea serving an assortment of cakes, pancakes and a
selection of ice cream (15h00 - 17h00). In season BBQ evenings are also
arranged.
The Cocktail bar, the Main bar located in the main building, is an ideal
meeting point for our hotel guests both during daytime and in the evening.
There is live entertainment every evening. The Deer Hunter Bar is located at
the club house, it overlooks our fabulous "Java Deer" scenery - A meeting
point for every golfers. The Spiaggia Bar is a beachside bar set on a wooden
deck. The ultimate rendez-vous for cocktail lovers. Indigo Beach Bar,
located next to the beach, is the ultimate meeting point for beach lovers.
Enjoy your drinks in a relaxed and cool atmosphere. Located on the upper
hills, the new Swing bar overview the magnificent golf course. The ideal
place to enjoy a "scotch on the rocks".
